Can I Refinance If I Received The First Time Homebuyers Credit ...

Q: I bought my home in September 2009. It is currently and will remain to be my principal residence. No plans on moving. One of the scenarios that trigger repayment is the sale of the home. Does refinancing fall under selling your home and trigger repayment of the credit if I am still living in the home, only having refinanced it?
